Prior to submitting documents originating from Canada for legalization at the Bulgarian Consulate, they should be authenticated by Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa. The Bulgarian Consulate in Toronto charges $30 per document for legalization. The wait time is approximately three business days. However, the Bulgarian Consulate has an expedited service fee for same day legalization. The cost for same day legalization is $60.
